Hey Weekenders! (and weekdays, too!) This cozy casa sleeps 8 and is a walkable few blocks to Main Street and River Road. Built in 1940 but recently updated, this charmer features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and laundry room. Bedroom 1 has two queen beds, bedroom 2 has a king bed, sofa bed and a stored pack and play, and bedroom 3 has a king bed with an on suite bathroom that leads to the hall and laundry room. The full-size kitchen is complete with all the creature comforts of home. The open plan offers a dining room and living room with a beautiful stone fireplace (just for looks, y’all) and a dog corner for your furry friend. Outside is a fully enclosed backyard with a large deck, party lights, grill, and fire pit with seating. We’ve even got you covered for a chilly night with blankets and pillows for outdoor use! Weekend at Boerne’s is nestled in an eclectic neighborhood that is quiet during the weekdays and active on weekends. On a weekend evening from the private deck, you’ll even hear live music coming from from the Dodging Duck!

Weekend at Boerne’s is walkable to Main Street or River Road. Walk or take a very short drive to check out the adorable shops or the famous ducks. H-E-B is just a 5 minute drive away, and several other retail stores are a quick car ride from the house.
